It doesnt work! Ive been on it for several years and I have filed complaints about telemarketers. I have more calls now than before Do Not Call started. I think maybe THEY give out our numbers to keep them busy at their jobs, which are paid for with our taxpayer money.
This guy is a scam artist. He finds girls on sugar daddy websites offering them huge sums of money. Something just seemed fishy, I told him I thought he was a scammer and he became very angry, asked why I changed my mind and threatened me. You have been warned!
Has been calling every night for 10 days. I hear only dead air when I pick up. They don't leave a voicemail. If it were a debt collection agency, they would ask for a person by name. When I returned the call, the person only said, "Hello', and refused to identify herself or the company. The rep. from the Do Not Call Registry with the FCC said they can't help unless I can identify who is calling me...isn't that THEIR job?
Dr. Butler also sexually abused me when I was an undergraduate student in his college Psych. class. He psychologically abused me and had sex with me in his office during psychotherapy sessions. JOEL ROBERT BUTLER, Ph.D
